He is not just the president of one of the most influental countries in the world, he is probably also the biggest BlackBerry addict compared to all other statesman. When Barack Obama took over the oval office he declared that he will not move in without his BlackBerry and the US government has set up a dedicated infrastructure to prevent spies from intercepting Obama’s BlackBerry messages.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could use your BlackBerry, your webcam or your digital camera to capture information from your business cards and store this in a database so that you can manage them more easy?

Every month we bring you a roundup of free applications for the Blackberry smartphone. The four applications that have been released in March are awesome programs that are a must-have for every BlackBerry use and that you should definitely give them a try. Since all of them are free, I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t.

Our latest application Just10Minutes has been around already for a few weeks but so far we haven’t introduced it officially. Today is the day to finally officially announce Just10Minutes and tell you a little bit more about this task manager.

A little bit more than 6 months ago I have launched a small website called “Don’t Be Bored!” at http://www.bbhacker.com/dbb that is optimized for BlackBerry smartphones and displays funny pictures. After that app got blogged about on a few BlackBerry sites I have seen an huge traffic spike and since then I have seen a steady stream of several hundred visitors a day.

Come on, you know it: 2010 needs to be different. Whether you start a new habit, decide to break an old habit or if you  finally stop procrastinating and start  getting things done – 2010 will be the year to do it!.

There are just times when we are waiting for something or simply have nothing to do and don’t know what to do. These times of feeling bored are over now – at least if you have a BlackBerry.
