If you haven’t heard yet of Twitter you should check out their site www.twitter.com. Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows its users to send and read other users’ updates (otherwise known as tweets), which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length.

Twitter has already helped me to meet people I would have never met before in such a short time-frame. Twitter helps you to start conversations and you will meet interesting people you never thought you would meet.

The Rising Star: Social Scope

SocialScope is a native Twitter and Facebook status client for your BlackBerry. It aggregates your social networks (Facebook & Twitter for now) and updates your status on both. It also lets you view your twitter timeline!
